What to check before accepting a travel quote
Look beyond the headline price. Check the hotel names and room categories, meal plans, transfer types, sightseeing tickets, local taxes and baggage allowances. Make sure the dates and traveller names are correct.
Make space for the details
Ask which items are optional, which are excluded and when payments are due. Read the cancellation and change conditions. Keep a copy of the final written quote and booking confirmation for reference.
