Suggested itineraries and prices

Website packages are suggested itineraries. Published prices are indicative per person, normally based on twin sharing, and do not guarantee availability. Travel dates, room types, exchange rates, supplier rates, taxes and selected services can change the final price.

Quotes and confirmation

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a service or confirm a booking. Review the written quotation, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and cancellation conditions. A reservation is confirmed only when the required payment and written booking confirmation have been completed.

Travel arrangements

Hotels, transport and experiences may be provided by independent suppliers. The applicable supplier conditions will be disclosed as part of the booking process. Changes caused by weather, local restrictions or operational circumstances will be discussed with you.

Traveller responsibilities

Provide accurate traveller names and contact information. Check passports, visas, entry requirements and other official travel requirements before booking and departure. Consider suitable travel insurance.

Changes, cancellations and support
