THEMATIC HOLIDAYS
Making the most of your first custom holiday
Share what matters to you: the occasion, your budget range, the pace you prefer and the experiences you would rather skip. Examples of past trips you loved can be more useful than a long checklist.
Make space for the details
Ask questions about the route and the reasons behind hotel suggestions. Review each version together and settle on the details before confirming. Personalisation works best as a conversation.
