What does a package include?
Each package lists suggested inclusions and exclusions. The final written quote is the definitive list for your chosen departure dates and preferences.
Are flights included?
Flights are excluded unless your written quote explicitly includes them. Domestic connections may also be quoted separately.
Can I change the hotel or itinerary?
Yes. Ask for different hotels, extra nights, private transfers or a different sightseeing pace before confirming. Changes may affect the price.
Can you arrange honeymoon and family holidays?
Our holiday collections include honeymoon, family, beach, adventure, culture and luxury suggestions. We will tailor them around your group and interests.
Is my booking confirmed when I enquire?
No. An enquiry is a request for a proposal. A booking is confirmed only after the applicable payment and written confirmation from the team.
What documents do I need?
Requirements vary by destination, nationality and travel route. Check current passport, visa, entry and health requirements with the relevant official authorities before booking.
What if I need to cancel?
